It seems the older firmware files are available here. Or maybe these are not the full dumps?
Re: (TUT) Unlocking the Ninebot F-series (F20, F25, F30, F40) to 30 km/h (18.6 mph)
I tried to unlock the F30 to 30kmh by using the app, I realized well it wasnt that stable and decided i wanted to change it back, I input custom serial number to change it back to normal.
After this the speedometer has been showing the wrong numbers, Maxes out at around 21kmh even in downhills where i know im going about 30kmh and external speedometers have shown me about 30kmh. Is there anyway to fix this? Its pretty annoying seeing the wrong speeds

Hello, I have tryed to change region on f25e like first topic, but it doesn't works. Now, I would like change manually serial number, by change W with another that increase speed to 30kmh. Someone can I help me?
If there is another solution I can use it, obviously
Thanks

I apologize in advance for the wording! Does the f30 not take well to region 40? Iv had this f30 and the front wheel and breaking sounds painful and motor seems to lock up?

Hey unfortunately I am also the owner of a ninebot f40D with updated soft to 5.7.7 Does anyone know when we can expect to be able to hack this to a global speed of 30 km/h instead of the current 20 km/h :/ . I know it is possible via st link but don't want to do it that way. So far this speed is quite a drama ;/ .

It could be soon, it could never happen. We don't know that.[...] Does anyone know when we can expect to be able to hack this to a global speed [...]

Hi guys, I recently got hand on a Segway-Ninebot F20 (German version). I activated it using the SHU, and it turned out to have DRV 5.4.x installed. The SHU app is seemingly fully operable. However, the scooter will never reach higher speeds than 22km/h, no matter which operating mode is selected (like Global 30, EU 25,...). With the original SN, the scooter will go up to 20km/h only, with any adjusted SN, as stated, the maximum speed is somehow locked at 22. I could not find a way to go up to 25km/h at least.
All speeds tested freewheel. Any idea what could be the cause? Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone
I have bought a Ninebot F40D(v5.4.9) and I can confirm the following, after reading some concerns I have saw already in this topic:
- on my F40D, when set to 25 or 30 km/h it doesn't lock the motor, and everything is working nice and smooth.
- both modes F40E(25km/h) and F40 Global(30km/h) are working
- when setting the region to F40 Global, the speedometer shows abnormal values. It seems to show them right from 0 to 13-15km/h but after that it's barely increasing to a max of 21-22 km/h while the real speed I am pretty sure it gets up to 30-31km/h
What are the commands that can be sent via Scooter Hacking Utility -> Tools -> Commands? I am thinking to build a bluetooth remote control in order to switch regions at a push of a button in case of police control which happens pretty often in my country. Is there a list of commands which can be sent via bluetooth?

Hello,
Is there a new Version of the hacking tool in prospect, to hacking Ninebot F30D with V5.7.7?
A downgrade to V5.4.9 isn't possible, without open the scooter, i think?
Thanks a lot for your work!
